A day at the railway.... well actually half a day!

Thursday and the sun was shining so we thought we would again offer our support to the 50th Anniversary celebrations of South Devon Railway so packed up our railway and went off to Buckfastleigh.

We were the only ones operating on the garden railway but as we are both members of the SDGRG we complied with the H&S requirements (minimum of two members in attendance) and set up the railway for visitors - of which their were several.

We managed to run both trains and were joined by a friend on the home straight......

... and 'Percy' ran too!!!

A pleasant afternoon in lovely sunshine.
